Add a Cover Letter and Resume

To Add Cover Letters and Resumes

Google Chrome and Firefox are supported browsers.  Internet Explorer and Safari have known compatibility issues.

  1. Login as a job applicant using your username and password.
  2. From the Job Applicant Main Portal menu, click on “Cover Letters”.
  3. Provide a name for your cover letter in the “Cover Letter Name” box.
  4. Under Cover Letter File, click Choose File and locate and select your cover letter, 
  5. Click Upload Resume.
  6. After uploading your cover letter, you can return to the Main Portal menu to upload your resume by selecting Resumes from your Main Portal menu.
  7. Provide a name for your resume in the "Resume Name" text box.
  8. Under Resume File, click Choose File and locate and select your resume.
  9. Click Upload Resume.
  10. To view or to delete your cover letter(s) or resume(s), select either “Cover Letters” or  “Resumes” from the Main Portal menu.  Next to the title of your Cover Letter or your Resume, select the magnifying glass to view or the X icon to delete.
